UNIQLO, the global Japanese clothing retailer, has launched its official online store. Largest UNIQLO store, available through an all-new website and mobile app, makes LifeWear more accessible to customers nationwide and provides faster, more convenient access shopping experience.
Tomohiko Sei, CEO of UNIQLO India, said, “We are excited to grow our online business and provide our customers with a unique UNIQLO shopping experience through the E-commerce platform, which completes the offer of our physical stores. Our goal is to make high quality, comfortable and functional clothing easily accessible from the comfort of your home, especially in these difficult times.
In October 2020, UNIQLO India launched a strategic “Shop From Home” initiative in response to customer needs during the COVID-19 outbreak. This transitional service was a preparation for full service e-commerce operations. The new online store offers nationwide delivery of a full line of LifeWear items for men, women, kids and babies. Customers can take advantage of over 12,000 items as well as size options ranging from XS to 3XL for select products, reinforcing the brand’s philosophy of providing clothing designed for everyone.
With the new online store, customers now have the option of receiving their purchases by home delivery or enjoying the “Click and Collect” feature at a UNIQLO store of their choice with no minimum purchase amount.
UNIQLO opened its first store in India in October 2019 in the capital, New Delhi, and now has a total of six stores in Delhi/NCR.
